Nea – ‘A Lover Like Me’

‘A Lover Like Me’ is a treat for any WIM enthusiasts! Iconically pop with electronic and lo-fi influences, this track by critically acclaimed Nea, has many dancing. Maintaining her authenticity with a bedroom styled, this single still has presence and is ready for radio repeat plays.

Artist & songwriter Linnea “Nea” Södahl stepped into 2023 with over 2 billion streams as a songwriter and several international awards behind her. Now widely regarded as one of Sweden’s most acclaimed writers, Nea’s credits include artists such as Zara Larsson, Skott and Felix Jaehn among numerous others. In 2019 Nea released Some Say, her first song as an artist in her own right, which catapulted her career to new heights. Some Say and Some Say Remix was certified diamond, platinum or gold in 21 countries, reached #1 on airplay in 7 countries and became the 9th most played track on European radio that year. In 2023 Nea will release her debut album “TRANSPARENT”, produced by Daniel Ledinsky. She will also participate in the Swedish edition of Songland as a member of the expert panel together with Carl Falk, Savan Kotecha & Elias Kapari.

Maya Malkin – ‘Honey’

Meet Maya Malkin; a Montreal-turned-Toronto based artist, making pop with a purpose, who first entered the scene with her band Motel Raphael. In 2020 when the world felt more apocalyptic than ever, Maya launched her solo project with her first single, “Hostage.” Aside from hearing her music on Virgin Radio, CBC, KiSS, and the like, you may also find yourself listening to Maya during a commercial or two, where she dabbles in the realm of jingle writing and voice acting. She has found fans in the likes of Line of Best Fit, EarMilk, Clout, Canada’s Walk of Fame, and more.

Evident in her song writing, Maya holds nothing back, and is here to offer the sounds of victory and healing, having come out the other side of an abusive relationship. Courtney Paige Nelson – ‘1-800-broke-my-heart’

Unapologetically hereself, Nelson’s sound is original whilst embracing the traditional traits of a pop track: Melodic versus and an ear-worm chorus, ‘1-800-Broke-My-Heart’ is a fun track that remains in tune with an emotive side projected in the lyrics.

Courtney Paige Nelson is an American singer and songwriter, hailing from San Francisco, California but currently residing in Los Angeles, California. She started her path in the spotlight competing on America’s Next Top Model Cycle 23 where she placed 4th place. This allowed her to create a platform for her true calling in life; music and songwriting. With no prior training, Courtney managed to find the artist she is now by navigating through life without a compass and trusting only her intuition to try out music. Writing poetry since she was a kid, she feels music and songwriting was a calling. Now, a developed artist, she has gained the likes of people such as FLAUNT, Hollywood Life, Line Best Fit, LadyGunn, METAL, Entertainment Weekly, to name a few. Continuing her music journey, she now writes for Sync, with multiple features and cuts for/alongside other artists. Including a remix of her song Saved Myself by the DJ trio Brohug which charted at #1 in Denmark! Her single ‘Sick For You’ with WolfPlayer and Creek racked up 1,000,000 plays in less then a month of release. Even being featured on a few Brazil radio stations!
